Having first checked that we are able to handle your request, to book a tour you need to send two e-mails.

On the first give the name and number in your group, the tour you wish to book with the date required. Add the name and address of your hotel/accommodation in London and the preferred start (pick up) time. In this e-mail state your Visa/Mastercard number and your billing address. On the second e-mail give your details including the name on the credit card (if different) and the expiry date. E-MAIL US HERE

Within 24 hours we'll acknowledge and confirm your booking and confirm your tour details and cost, under a unique guaranteed reservation reference. If this information is agreed by you we will then make a charge to 15% of the total cost as a booking deposit. This deposit and your contract with us is subject to our terms of business - see below. Balance of payment can be paid by card or cash after your arrival in the UK.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sightseeing London and its' agents and servants shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer however caused, only to the extent that they are themselves liable under English Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract. The client's contract with Sightseeing London.com is subject exclusively to English Law and jurisdiction.

CANCELLATION POLICY - THE 'SMALL PRINT'

Cancellation charges may apply. Refunds are subject to written notice being received by us. Provided written cancellation notice is given:

Over 28 days before the tour, a full refund is given.

Between 8 and 28 days before the tour, 70% refund.

Between 1 and 7 days before the tour, 50% refund.

Cancellation made on the day of a tour, is subject to the full charge for the tour.
